These terms govern use of The Share Gallery website, guest upload links, and The Share Gallery Roku app. By using the service, you agree to them.
The service
The Share Gallery lets people collect photos from an event into one shared gallery and watch them on a TV or monitor. Free and paid plans may have different limits, such as photo count or how long a gallery stays online.
Accounts and guests
- You must provide accurate information if you create an account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and galleries you create.
- Guests who upload with only a name still agree to these terms for that upload.
Your content
- You keep ownership of photos you upload.
- You give us a license to store, display, and transmit those photos so the gallery and TV app can work.
- You must have the right to upload the photos, including permission from people shown in them when required.
- Do not upload illegal, hateful, pornographic, or infringing content, spam, or malware.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site in an abusive way, or use galleries for anything other than sharing event photos with invited people.
TV app
The Roku app shows galleries after you sign in or connect a TV. A gallery on a TV may be visible to anyone who can see that screen. Keep gallery links and TV codes private if the event is not public.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or end features, galleries, or the service. Photos may be removed if they violate these terms or if a gallery expires. The service is provided as-is, without warranties that it will always be available or error-free.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Share Gallery is not liable for lost photos, missed event coverage, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
